When preparing flavors such as pizza, tarts, etc., you use two small hand tools called pizza cutters and dough roulettes.

The dough cutter or dough roulette cuts faster and more accurately than normal knives.

1.Pizza Cutter:

A rotating metal disk with a cutting edge, bedded in a wooden housing. When held by the handle, the tool has a guard to prevent slipping. Although its main task is to cut pizza, it is very useful for cutting various pastries, pancakes and phyllo dough.

2.Dough Roulette:

You will have no difficulty in cutting your phyllo dough. This dough roulette cuts and joins phyllo dough in a single motion.
