Polikor Super Soft Polyester Putty 1625 Gr

Super Soft, polyester putty, excellent adhesion, easy application, easy sanding.

When mixed with its hardener (Benzoyl peroxide), it hardens rapidly even at low ambient temperatures, forms a smooth, void-free surface, and does not shrink or crack.

Areas of Use :

Polikor super soft polyester putty metal (sheet), aluminum, galvanized sheet, SMC, FRP

and can be applied on painted surfaces.

Application :

Putty prepared in the specified mixture ratios is applied to the surfaces that have previously completed adequate surface preparation processes with putty spatulas, flexible rubber or plastic spreading wedges. Do not apply on thermoplastic acrylic and washprimer surfaces.

Mixture Ratio : 2-3% depending on ambient temperature

Gel time : 4-8 Minutes, (depending on ambient temperature and amount of hardener)

Hardness (Shore D) : DIN 53505 , 15 min. 60-70, 20 min. 70-75, 25 min. 75-80, 30 min. 80-85, 1 day 85

Sanding Time : 20 ? 30 Minutes, 23ºC

Suitable Sandpaper : P-100, P-180

Flexibility (2005m - Adhesion Test) : 45º No cracking and breaking.

Gross filling quantities including hardener.

Storage Time :

Polikor super soft putty should be stored in its own packaging at ambient temperatures below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Under suitable conditions, the product has a stock life of 1 year. Inappropriate stock conditions shorten the shelf life of the product.

Points to consider :

Flammable because its vapors are flammable.

Do not put the paste with hardener added back into the box.

Polikor super soft paste should only be used by professionals.

It is harmful to swallow.

Harms eyes and skin.

Do not inhale vapors.

In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor.

If swallowed accidentally, do not induce vomiting. Consult a doctor immediately.

Use in well-ventilated areas away from sources of fire and sparks.
