Oerlikon ESR13 Rutile Welding Electrode 3.25 mm
GENERAL PURPOSE RUTILE ELECTROD.
Suitable for mild steel fabrications, iron joinery, wrought iron, agricultural machinery, boiler, various vehicle chassis body fabrications and their repair and maintenance welds.
Used in all positions except top down.
Particularly very suitable for corner welds horizontally.
It has a very smooth seam appearance, very easy arc ignition and re-ignition properties, a calm and stable arc, and a fine drip metal transition.
It can be used in both AC and DC with the same comfort.
The slag is self-removing.
If necessary, it should be dried at 110°C for 1 hour.
It should be stored on wooden pallets in a dry room at as constant a temperature as possible (relative humidity <50%, ="" room="" temperature="" /> 20°C).
