Semparoc marine glue can be used in boat manufacturing with its flexible and waterproof feature that gives the best results in wood, metal, ceramic and stone bonding.

Application:

Used for watertight and airtight bonding of soft and hard wood, plastics, stone and metals, ceramics, insulation materials, concrete and fireproof building panels.

Information for use:

Surface Preparation: Clean, dry and free of dust and grease.

Application Temperature: 5-30 degrees.

Material Humidity: 12 - 65%.

Application Tool: spatula.

Coating Weight: 100-300 gr/m2.

Open Standby Time: about 1 hour.

Pressing Time: 20 °C about 3-4 hours.

Application Pressure: 0.2-0.8 newton/mm2.

Full Drying: variable with the humidity of the material and the environment.

Cleaning of instruments: With Collano PUR solvent.
