KOD 110 (105) CAR BATTERY CHARGE MEASUREMENT AND TESTING DEVICE
INSTRUCTION MANUAL
1)The device is used to test 12 VOLT 45-105 A/H batteries.
2)The device can measure the charge of 12 VOLT and 24 VOLT vehicles.
3)The PLUS tongs of the device are connected to the PLUS pole of the battery and the MINUS tongs are connected to the MINUS pole of the battery.
4)The voltage of the battery is read by means of the digital voltmeter in front of the device.
If the voltage read is between 9~12 volts, the battery is not tested. The battery is properly charged; it should be tested after it is discharged and rested.
5) For the battery test, the tongs of the device are firmly connected to the battery terminals. Depending on the capacity of the battery, 45-105 A/H batteries are tested.
The test button of the device is pressed and released once. The device keeps the battery under load for 4~6 seconds and automatically disconnects it from the load.
6) While the device gives load to the battery, the voltage value of the battery is read from the digital voltmeter and the durability is interpreted according to the label on the cover of the device on the device.
7)If the battery voltage at the time of load has dropped below 8.2 VOLT, there is an eye break in the battery.
8)When measuring the vehicle charge with the device, do not give any load. While the vehicle is in the running position, the tongs of the device are attached to the terminals and the vehicle charge is read from the voltmeter; the strength of the vehicle connector is also measured according to the label on the cover of the device.
9)Protect the device from battery water and mechanical impacts.
10)Do not give any load on 24 VOLT battery groups.
11) If the device is used in violation of its intended purpose, it is not covered by the warranty
in case of malfunction.
