Derby Adhesive 800 Gr

Derby is a solvent-based adhesive containing Polychloroprene.

Areas of Use
Derby is an adhesive that can be used for bonding leather, leather upper, textile, leather, neolite soles.

Application
Sand both surfaces of the material to be bonded. Carefully remove the dust caused by sanding. With the cleaning solvent, oils and dirt that may be on the material are cleaned. Derby Tube is applied to neolite material 1 time to leather or porous materials 2 times at 30 minutes intervals with a clean brush. The solvent on the surface of the material is allowed to evaporate by waiting at room temperature for 15-30 minutes. After the material is adhered, it should be pressed at least at 3 bar. Pressing time is at least 10 seconds. Derby Tube shows thickening below 0° like all Neoprene based adhesives. If the adhesive in this state is kept at room temperature for 1 day, it will be restored. It should never be heated on fire.

Derby Tube contains solvent. Store packages in well ventilated areas. Keep away from sources of ignition. Do not smoke. Do not inhale vapors. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not pour into drainage channels.
