3/4 Spring Bottom Valve

If water is drawn from a well, cistern or a lower level tank, it prevents the water from escaping back to the tank. It is an installation element that allows the fluid passing through it to pass in one direction. In deep suction centrifugal pumps, it is attached to the end of the suction pipe and left into the water. Pumps that are forgotten to install the valve constantly make air, do not draw water, and their engines burn out due to dry running.
It should be firmly attached to the suction pipe during installation so that it does not get air tightly. If there is a hole at any point of the suction pipe, if the connections are left loose or if the suction flap leaks, the water draw of the pump decreases (or does not draw water at all), the pump runs extremely noisy. If no precautions are taken, cavitation formation and damage to the pump is inevitable.
Note: Use suction pipe and flapper in diameter suitable for the suction diameter of your pump.
