404 Plastic Steel Adhesive 16 Gr

404 Plastic Steel; used for bonding metal alloys, glass, wood, ceramics, china, porcelain, leather, paper, etc.
1. The tubes (resin and catalyst) are squeezed onto a clean surface in a one-to-one ratio of the same size, i.e. volume.
2. Mix until a homogeneous structure is formed.
3. The surfaces to be bonded are cleaned from oil, dust and dirt. If possible, the surfaces to be glued are roughened with sandpaper.
4. Apply sufficient amount of the prepared mixture to the surfaces and join the surfaces.
5. The bonded surfaces are fixed until the end of the hardening period.
6. The adhesion of the surfaces is 10-12 hours at room temperature. To reduce the time, the surfaces can be heated up to 60-80 C and adhesion is achieved in two hours.
