APPLICATION AREAS

Füller hammerton is used in the metal goods industry, all kinds of metal office equipment and materials, automotive sub-industry, various auto spare parts, electrical panels and accessories, agricultural machinery and hand tools, elevator cabins and steel doors.

IMPLEMENTATION

The surfaces to be painted and primed must be absolutely clean, dry and free of dust, and there must not be excessive wind in the application environment. Application should be done by spraying and care should be taken to form a homogeneous paint film on the surface. Since the pattern formation depends on the thinning, compressor pressure and the use of the gun, it is recommended to apply the paint at a pressure of 2-3 atm. and a distance of 25-30 cm. from the surface to ensure an ideal appearance. The paint should be thoroughly mixed before application and used without thinning.

Initial Drying: 15 - 30 minutes

Full Drying: 24 hours

1 liter can be used to paint 10 - 12 m² area in a single coat, depending on the application method and surface.
