ANTIPAS Synthetic Protective Primer

DESCRIPTION : Alkyd binder based synthetic primer with rust prevention properties.

Features : Superior moisture, water and salt water resistance, excellent adhesion and fast drying

characteristics.

APPLICATION : It is used as a rust preventive primer on all internal and external metal surfaces.

FORM OF APPLICATION :

Surface Preparation:

Surfaces are cleaned from rust by wire fbrush, scraper or sand blasting. Dust, grease and oil are removed with solvent

wipe clean.

Priming:

FApplied with brush, roller or spray gun. It can be thinned with Dyo Synthetic Thinner when necessary.

Apply 2 coats at 8 hour intervals.

After the application brushes and tools can be cleaned with Dyo Synthetic Thinner.

DRYING TIME (25°C): Touch dry 15 minutes, powder dry 4 hours, hard dry 8 hours.

Primable Area : Depending on the surface in one coat, 14-18 m2 area can be primed with 1 L and 11-15 m2 area can be primed with 1 kg.
